Everyone deserves an opportunity to be heard and accepted for who they are. I focus on the individual on a personal level to help them identify their strengths and develop new skills. I have worked with people of all backgrounds and tailor my treatment style to the needs of my client on a case-by-case basis. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families to improve communication and relationship struggles. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, social skills, and symptoms related to trauma for individuals aged 16+.

Beginning therapy involves developing a new relationship.  I recognize how difficult it can be to confront feelings and make changes. Together, we will identify what goals are important to you and what areas of your life you want to focus on.
