The first 1 to 2 appointments where we’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.

Individual Counseling $125-150

One-on-one time where you can talk freely and be heard without judgment. It’s a time just for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with support and guidance.
